- Beverage Boss:
- Curate a killer drink menu that reflects Victory's unique style.
- Ensure every cocktail is a crowd-pleaser, maintaining consistent quality and taste.
- Oversee bar inventory, keeping everything perfectly stocked for peak service.
- Staff Champion:
- Recruit, train, and develop our waitstaff, fostering a fun and supportive team environment.
- Lead by example, providing clear communication and guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
- Guest Gratification Guru:
- Oversee all aspects of guest service at the bar, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Inventory & Procurement:
- Manage bar inventory with a keen eye, maintaining stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors, securing the best products at competitive prices.
- Promotional Playmaker:
- Collaborate with the team to create exciting events and promotions that draw in customers and keep Victory at the top of the social calendar.
- Safety & Quality Control:
- Ensure all alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in accordance with liquor laws.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety behind the bar.
- The Business Acumen:
- Understand and maintain current liquor licenses and permits.
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
