The dishwasher plays a vital role in ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. You will be responsible for washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware to meet health and safety standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to cleanliness.

Starting Wage: Based on Experience

Responsibilities

Scrape and pre-rinse soiled dishes, cookware, and utensils

Load and unload the dishwasher properly, following safe operation procedures

Wash dishes by hand that cannot go in the dishwasher (delicate items, large pots)

Organize and store clean dishes in designated areas

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station

Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of floors around the dishwashing area

Replenish dishwashing supplies as needed

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

May assist with other kitchen tasks as instructed (depending on the workplace)
